Member points modification via forged recharge request

Cross-site request forgery in EyouCMS 1.5.9 allows remote attackers to change member points through an administrator's browser. The points-recharge action in the Members Center accepts a forged request carried by a constructed web page and applies the requested balance change without verifying the administrator's intent. Exploitation requires a logged-in backend administrator to open the attacker's page; the demonstrated consequence is an unauthorized increase in a member's points.
