Cross-site request forgery in RPCMS 3.0.2 allows remote attackers to add an administrator account through an authenticated administrator's browser. The /admin/user/doAdd.html endpoint accepts a POST containing account and role fields without a request-verification token. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open attacker-controlled content, after which the role value creates a privileged account.
