Authenticated code execution via unrestricted product-image upload
Published Sep 30, 2022 · Updated May 20, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in mayuri_k Billing System Project 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The createProduct.php endpoint accepts a productImage multipart upload with a .php filename, stores it under the web root, and lets the web server execute it when requested. A valid Super Admin session is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied PHP with the web server process's access.
