Process crash via out-of-bounds bitstream read

Heap-buffer over-read in Bento4 1.6.0-639 mp4mux allows context-dependent attackers to crash the process via crafted H.264 data. AP4_BitReader::ReadBits reads one byte beyond an eight-byte heap allocation when ReadGolomb parses a malformed picture parameter set. Triggering the fault requires mp4mux to process attacker-controlled H.264 input; the published sanitizer trace shows an abort, while other consequences are not demonstrated.
