Authenticated code execution via unsanitized profile path

Path traversal in BlogEngine.NET 3.3.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted PNG upload. In UploadController.Post, the profile branch concatenates User.Identity.Name with the uploaded file's final extension and saves the thumbnail without sanitizing the account name. Administrator privileges are required to create the traversal-bearing account used by the published account-and-upload execution chain.
