Sensitive-data exposure via unrestricted graph proxy URL

SSRF in perfSONAR before 4.4.5 allows remote attackers to read sensitive data by supplying an arbitrary URL to graphData.cgi. graphData.cgi accepts the untrusted url query parameter as the destination of a server-side HTTP request, allowing requests to arbitrary hosts and paths. Exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction and exposes resources reachable from the perfSONAR host, with no reported write or service-interruption capability.
