Service interruption via recursive INI reference resolution

Denial of service in ini4j 0.5.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt applications that fetch circular INI references. BasicProfile.fetch recursively resolves cross-section substitutions without detecting cycles, eventually exhausting the Java call stack. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled INI data to fetch; the resulting stack overflow interrupts that application's processing.
