Browser script execution via reflected phone parameter
Published Oct 12, 2022 · Updated May 15, 2025
Reflected XSS in Zimbra Collaboration Suite 8.8.15 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted voicemail link. The /h/search voicemail listener reflects the phone query parameter into the returned webmail page without neutralizing script content. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted URL, and the script runs in that victim's browser context with resulting information disclosure.
