Service interruption via incomplete TLS connection cleanup

Memory exhaustion in JSS packages for Fedora, EPEL, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows remote attackers to interrupt Tomcat services. When the server terminates TLS with close_notify, Tomcat calls closeOutbound() but not closeInbound(), preventing JSSEngineReferenceImpl from releasing native resources. The login endpoint must use the non-standard JSS TLS configuration; repeated unauthenticated requests with Connection: close accumulate resources until service exhaustion.
