Process memory corruption via crafted DWF or PCT
Published Oct 21, 2022 · Updated May 7, 2025
Out-of-bounds write in Autodesk Design Review 2018, 2017, 2013, 2012, and 2011 allows attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted DWF or PCT file. DesignReview.exe mishandles the file while consuming its contents and performs a write access violation outside the intended memory boundary. A user must open or preview the file; the corruption affects the current process and can contribute to code execution when chained with other flaws.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
