Blind SSRF in Red Hat Satellite 6.9 through 6.11 allows remote authenticated users to trigger outbound requests via a crafted Referer header. The /locations/clear handler accepts a client-controlled Referer value and uses it as the destination of a server-side external request without restricting the target. Exploitation requires high privileges and user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is an outbound connection to an attacker-controlled server.
