Code execution via CGM parser out-of-bounds write

Out-of-bounds write in Siemens JT2Go before 14.1.0.6 and affected Teamcenter Visualization releases allows attackers to execute code via CGM files. The CGM_NIST_Loader.dll parser writes beyond a memory buffer while processing crafted CGM input, corrupting process memory. Exploitation requires a user to open the file and runs code with the current process's privileges; affected Teamcenter branches are before 13.2.0.12, 13.3.0.8, 14.0.0.4, and 14.1.0.6.
