Code execution via CGM parser out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens JT2Go before 14.1.0.6 allows local users to execute code via a crafted CGM file opened by a user. The CGM_NIST_Loader.dll parser reads beyond a CGM data boundary while processing the file, allowing execution in the current process. User interaction is required to open the malicious file, and the resulting code runs with the application's process privileges.
