Credential ID disclosure via unchecked HTTP endpoint

Missing authorization in Jenkins Apprenda Plugin 2.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate stored credential IDs. An HTTP endpoint returns identifiers for credentials stored in Jenkins without checking whether the caller has more than Overall/Read permission. Overall/Read access is required, and the disclosed identifiers support a separate credential-capture attack rather than revealing credential values directly.
