Credential theft via unprotected form validation

Missing authorization in Jenkins SCM HttpClient Plugin 1.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture stored credentials. A form-validation method accepts an attacker-controlled HTTP server and credential ID without checking permission, then connects using the stored secret. Overall/Read permission and a credential ID obtained separately are required, and successful use discloses that credential to the designated server.
