Unauthenticated popup deletion via unchecked requests

Missing authorization in Cohhe Popup Manager 1.6.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary WordPress popups. The popup-deletion handler performs the destructive operation without checking user capabilities or validating a CSRF token. No account is required, and successful requests remove selected popup content from the affected WordPress site.
