Cached-report replacement via GET-enabled generation endpoint

CSRF in Jenkins Security Inspector Plugin 117.v6eecc36919c2 and earlier allows attackers to replace cached reports via crafted options. A report-generation HTTP endpoint accepts state-changing GET requests and stores attacker-selected output in the victim's per-session cache. An authorized user must follow a crafted request; Jenkins hardening blocks only the Single user, multiple jobs report, while other report types remain affected.
