CVE-2022-41235Network attack vector

Agent-to-controller arbitrary file disclosure

Published Sep 21, 2022 · Updated May 28, 2025

Path traversal in Jenkins WildFly Deployer Plugin 1.0.2 and earlier allows attackers to read controller files via controlled agent processes. Jenkins has not published the affected class or callable, or how its implementation bypasses controller file-access restrictions. Exploitation requires control of an agent process and Jenkins 2.318 and earlier or LTS 2.303.2 and earlier; the consequence is arbitrary controller-file disclosure.
