Local path disclosure via empty build context

Path traversal in Podman 4.3.0 allows local users to disclose an absolute build-context path through a remote image build. The remote-build client archives an empty context directory using its absolute local pathname, and Buildah preserves that pathname in the resulting image. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a remote build with an empty context; disclosure is limited to the local path and its lowest subdirectory.
