Stored XSS in Jenkins 2.367 through 2.369 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through crafted help-icon tooltips. The l:helpIcon UI component inserts attacker-controlled tooltip content into the Jenkins web UI without escaping it before rendering. Exploitation requires control of a component tooltip and user interaction; the vendor found no exploitable tooltip in core or project-published plugins.
