User redirection via insufficient URL validation

Open redirect in SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP and ABAP Platform allows remote attackers to redirect users to malicious sites. The BC-MID-ICF component accepts an attacker-controlled destination without sufficient validation before returning an HTTP redirect. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link; the destination can solicit personal information, with no direct modification or service interruption reported.
