Deserialization of untrusted data in SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 and 4.3 allows remote authenticated users to compromise the system. Affected CMC and BI Launchpad workflows deserialize a parameter object after a user can intercept it and replace it with a malicious serialized object. Low-privileged access is required; successful exploitation can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability beyond the vulnerable component.
