Settings modification via missing nonce validation
Published Feb 13, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Optinly 1.0.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify plugin settings through forged requests on WordPress sites. Several settings functions accept requests with missing or incorrect nonce validation, including when the csrfToken field is omitted. An administrator must be logged in and induced to open an attacker-controlled link; successful exploitation changes plugin configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
