SYSTEM code execution via unvalidated StretchBlt pointer

Privilege escalation in Microsoft Windows Graphics Component allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The StretchBlt graphics primitive fails to validate a user-supplied value before dereferencing it as a pointer. Low-privileged code execution on the target is required, after which arbitrary code runs as SYSTEM.
