Windows Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol in Microsoft Windows 7 before 6.1.7601.26221 allows remote attackers to cause a service interruption. Microsoft has not published the implementation locus or malformed-input operation responsible for the denial of service. The unauthenticated network condition affects exposed PPTP processing and can interrupt service, with no stated confidentiality or integrity impact.
