Elevation of privilege in Microsoft Windows Overlay Filter allows local users with low privileges to obtain SYSTEM privileges. Microsoft has not published the vulnerable operation, function, or input handled incorrectly by the Overlay Filter. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access and grants code execution in the SYSTEM security context.
