Unauthenticated RADIUS service interruption
Published Nov 9, 2022 · Updated Aug 10, 2026
Denial of service in Network Policy Server on affected Microsoft Windows releases allows remote attackers to interrupt RADIUS service. Microsoft has not published the malformed RADIUS message, parser locus, or incorrect processing operation that causes the interruption. Exposure requires NPS to be installed, configured as a RADIUS server or proxy, and reachable over RADIUS; the reported consequence is limited to service availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
