Local JPEG-triggered denial of service

A denial-of-service flaw in Dropbox Lepton 1.2 and current development build allows local users to hang processing via a crafted JPEG file. The decoder loop has an unreachable exit condition when handling crafted JPEG data, so processing does not terminate. Exploitation requires local execution and user-supplied input; the demonstrated consequence is a process hang affecting availability, without evidence of data disclosure or modification.
