Authenticated SSRF via pre-resolution host filtering

Server-side request forgery in Appsmith before 1.8.2 allows remote authenticated users to reach blocked network hosts through API actions. REST and GraphQL plugins checked a URL host before the HTTP client performed connection-time DNS resolution, allowing a different resolved address to bypass the denylist. A low-privileged account able to configure and execute an API action can send server-originated requests to denylisted hosts and read reachable internal responses.
