Authenticated code execution via unrestricted image upload
Published Sep 26, 2022 · Updated Feb 6, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Zoo Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through an animal image upload. The save_animal endpoint accepts images[] multipart data without restricting PHP files and stores them under img/animals, where the web server executes them on request. Administrative access to the background Animals module is required; a successful upload provides web-shell execution with server-process privileges.
