Arbitrary file upload in DedeCMS 5.7.99 allows remote authenticated users with administrator privileges to upload dangerous files. The /dede/file_manage_control.php component accepts attacker-selected uploads without restricting dangerous file types; public records do not disclose the exact validation logic. Administrative access to the network-reachable management interface is required, and successful uploads can place executable content on the web server.
