Browser data disclosure via unneutralized README input

Stored cross-site scripting in GitLab EE 15.6 allows remote authenticated users to expose data through a malicious README page. The README rendering path fails to neutralize user-supplied input before generating page content, allowing attacker-controlled script to run in a reader's browser. A low-privileged account must create the README and another user must view it; the published impact is browser-accessible data disclosure, not data modification or service interruption.
