CSRF in rickxy Stock Management System allows remote attackers to add a user by inducing a victim to submit a crafted form. The add action in pages/us_transac.php accepts a POSTed employee ID, username, and password, then inserts the record without cookie, session, or referrer verification. Exploitation requires user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is insertion of a chosen user record.
