SQL injection via unescaped where field names

SQL injection in CodeIgniter 3.1.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter database queries through attacker-controlled where() field names. DB_query_builder.php escapes where() values but treats array keys as SQL field expressions without neutralizing SQL syntax in those keys. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-controlled field names into the query builder, and the CVE record is disputed as invalid.
