Supply-chain code execution in d8s-domains 0.1.0 allows attackers to introduce arbitrary code through democritus-hypothesis. The dependency metadata causes pip to install democritus-hypothesis from PyPI, leaving that package name open to third-party code. Exploitation requires installation of d8s-domains 0.1.0 while a malicious release controls the dependency name; no execution hook is publicly documented.
