Stored XSS in OPSWAT MetaDefender ICAP Server before 4.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via blocked pages. The blocked-page response inserts stored attacker-controlled content into HTML without neutralizing executable script or markup. Exploitation requires low-privileged access to store the payload and user interaction with the affected response, enabling script execution in the user's browser context.
