Process crash via null sample-size pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Bento4 through 1.6.0-639 allows local users to crash mp4decrypt by processing a crafted MP4 file. AP4_StszAtom::WriteFields reads through address zero while mp4decrypt writes the parsed atom tree. Exploitation requires user interaction to run mp4decrypt on the supplied file and interrupts only that process.
