Restricted-data disclosure via manipulated export URL
Published Nov 12, 2022 · Updated May 1, 2025
Improper input validation in ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 10609 and SupportCenter Plus before 11025 exposes restricted data to authenticated users. The exportMickeyList action accepts a manipulated URL while exporting requests from the list view and fails to validate whether the requesting account may access the selected records. A low-privileged account is required, and the consequence is limited to reading request data that the account normally cannot access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Published CVSS scores
CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.
Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
Public exploit references
No public exploit references are available in this record.
Labels summarize the accepted research assessment. They do not indicate a test against your environment.
