XXE in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 14000 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with admin access to read local server files. The getAsDoc function processes external-entity URIs by fetching the referenced resources and embedding their contents in the XML document. Administrator access, an Analytics Plus integration, and a malicious server are required; the same flaw affects ServiceDesk Plus MSP, SupportCenter Plus, and AssetExplorer.
