Unauthenticated SQL injection via login page
Published Sep 18, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Modern Campus Omni CMS 10.2.4 allows remote attackers to compromise the application through the login page. The login page inserts unsanitized user-supplied input into an SQL query, allowing crafted authentication fields to alter query logic and potentially read or modify application data. Exploitation requires only network access because the vulnerable login endpoint accepts unauthenticated requests; reported material does not establish database takeover or exploitation in the wild.
