Application crash via oversized ctts entry allocation

Resource exhaustion in Bento4 1.6.0-639 allows attackers to crash media-processing applications with a crafted MP4 file. AP4_CttsAtom::Create uses the ctts atom's entry count to size an entry array and read buffer, resulting in multi-gigabyte allocation attempts. Processing the file with mp4tag, mp4split, or mp42hevc is required, and allocation failure terminates the affected process.
