System reboot via unchecked DirectComposition object pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Microsoft Windows Build 22000.593 allows local users to reboot the system through crafted syscalls. DirectComposition's CCompositionSurfaceBitmapMarshaler handles integer property 0x3 without verifying that offset +38h contains a DxgkCompositionObjectType pointer before calling DxgkSetCompositionSurfaceInkCookie. Low-privileged local code must issue the crafted syscall sequence; successful exploitation crashes and reboots the host without disclosed data access or modification.
