Offline MFA bypass via RSA padding misconfiguration

Cryptographic weakness in Ping Identity PingID Adapter before 2.13.2 allows remote authenticated users to bypass offline MFA. The adapter applies RSA without OAEP padding to predictable offline authentication material, enabling a precomputed dictionary attack. Exploitation requires high privileges and enabled offline MFA, and success defeats the second-factor check without interrupting service.
