Adjacent command execution via unvalidated Dreambox input

Command injection in the xupnpd Dreambox plugin in D-Link DIR-2150 4.0.1 allows network-adjacent attackers to execute commands. The plugin passes a user-supplied string to a system call without proper validation while xupnpd listens on TCP port 4044 by default. An unauthenticated attacker on an adjacent network can run code in the router context, affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
