Cross-site scripting in LibreNMS before 22.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser via crafted group names. DeviceGroupController and PortGroupController inserted names directly into deletion response messages without HTML escaping; the patch applies htmlentities before interpolation. Exploitation requires authenticated access to delete device or port groups and a victim administrator viewing the response, enabling browser-side data access or actions within that session.
