Stored XSS via unescaped RSS titles

Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 22.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser through RSS titles. The notification page interpolates each stored title directly into three HTML output paths instead of encoding it for the page context. An authenticated victim must view a notification containing attacker-controlled RSS data; the script then runs with that victim's page access.
