Code execution via TIFF buffer over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Nikon NIS-Elements Viewer 5.21.00 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted TIFF file. The TIFF parser reads past the end of an allocated buffer because crafted image data is not adequately validated. Execution occurs in the current process only after the target opens the file or visits a page that causes the application to process it.
