Stored script execution via unsanitized operation names

Stored XSS in MITRE CALDERA before 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted operation name. The Operations tab and Debrief plugin pass the unsanitized name to the UI toast function, which interprets embedded HTML event handlers. Execution requires another user to view the affected interface and permits browser-context data access or actions rather than server compromise.
