Webhook token disclosure via retained secret

Information disclosure in GitLab allows remote authenticated users with Maintainer access to obtain a project webhook secret token. When a maintainer changes a saved webhook URL, the webhook retains its concealed secret and sends it in the X-Gitlab-Token header to the replacement endpoint. Maintainer access to a project with an existing secret-bearing webhook is required; possession of the token enables spoofed requests to the receiving service.
