Memory corruption via SetNativeHandle RTP buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in the Qualcomm Snapdragon modem allows local users to corrupt memory through the SetNativeHandle RTP service. The modem's SetNativeHandle RTP handler reads beyond a buffer boundary while processing a native-handle request; Qualcomm has not disclosed the deeper code-level locus. The gate is high-privileged local access; successful exploitation compromises modem confidentiality, integrity, and availability without user interaction.
